Henrik Tehler is an associate professor at the Department of Fire Safety Engineering and Systems Safety, Lund University and also works for the Training Regions Research Center. In his presentation, he will focus on the changing of the Swedish risk handling systems, trends in risks and crises, and how national and local authorities have developed their analyses of risks and vulnerability.
